Is this invoice generator free?
Yes. You can create and download as many PDF invoices as you need at no cost.
What should a UK invoice include?
A unique invoice number, your business name and address, the customer's name and address, the date, a clear description of the work or goods, and the amount owed. If you are VAT registered, you also need your VAT number and the VAT shown separately. GOV.UK has the full list if you need to double-check.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG logo and it appears on the PDF.
Does it remember my details?
Only if you ask it to. Tick "Remember my business details" or press "Save this customer" and those details are kept on this device. If you are signed in to a free OneLuton account, they are saved to your account instead and follow you across your devices, along with your document history.
