How do I add a newsletter signup to my site?

Add and configure the section

In the builder, use Add section and choose Newsletter. Edit its section heading, paragraph, email field label and style. Explain what visitors are signing up for, keep the section visible, and publish the website.

Where do signups go?

Signups are stored for your website. In Site Settings → Export contacts, choose Export as Excel and open the Newsletter worksheet. Reusing the same email for the same site does not add another subscriber row.

Why am I not receiving an email notification?

Newsletter signup does not currently send owner alerts, welcome emails or newsletters. The panel's Contact email setting is not an active email-delivery feature, even if its helper text suggests otherwise. Use the export to check submissions.

What if a signup is missing?

Check the correct site's export, use a valid email and look for a success or error message on the published page. An existing subscriber will not create a second row. If a new confirmed signup is still missing, send us a message with the site address and approximate submission time, without sending your full subscriber list.

You remain responsible for appropriate consent, privacy information and unsubscribe handling when you use the exported addresses in a separate email service.
