I don't see my websites

Check which account you are using

Check your email in Account Settings. Sign in with the account used to create the website, including the correct Google account if you use Google sign-in. A different account will not show another account's sites.

Does No websites yet mean something is wrong?

Not necessarily. You can create an account just for invoices and quotes without building a website. In that case, an empty website list is expected: your documents are in My documents.

I created a website but it is still missing

Refresh after setup finishes and look for any loading error. If you recently deleted a site, it cannot be restored through the dashboard. Avoid creating repeated copies to diagnose a loading problem.

If a site is missing from the correct account, send us a message with its name or public address and the error shown. Never send your password.
