Are my invoices, quotes and customer details saved?

If you are not signed in

You can create and download PDFs without an account. Remember my business details on this devicekeeps your business details, logo and numbering in that browser. Save this customerkeeps customer details on the device too. Remember does not create a saved invoice or quote history. Keep your downloaded PDFs somewhere safe.

Device details do not follow you to another phone, computer or browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing or losing access to the device can remove them. Deleting browsing history alone is not necessarily the same as clearing site data.

If you are signed in

Business profile changes save automatically after a short pause. Save customers using the customer button. A document is added to My documents when you download its PDF while signed in, not merely when you fill in the form. Your account profile, customers, numbering and saved documents can then load on another device.

You can choose Create account or Sign in from the generator without creating a website. The current draft is kept for your return to the tool.

What does Import this device do?

When offered Use your saved tool details, choose Import this deviceto bring device business details and saved customers into your account. Choose Use account details to use your existing account profile, or Not nowto postpone. This does not import old downloaded PDFs or create history for past guest documents.

Why is a document missing?

• Check you are signed into the same account you used when downloading it.
• Clear search and check both Invoices and Quotes in My documents.
• Check the generator's account status for a save error. A downloaded PDF can succeed even if account saving fails.
• The list currently shows up to 250 recent saved documents.

Use the open/download action to reopen a saved document. Duplicate creates a new number and today's date. Downloading with the same document type and number updates the existing account record, so use Duplicate for a separate job. Deleting a history record does not delete PDFs already downloaded to your device.

If account saving still fails, keep your PDF and send us a message with the error shown.
