How do customers submit a review or photo?
Share your review link or QR code, understand private email details and fix photo uploads.
Find the link to share
On your Dashboard, choose Reviews on your website card. Under Collect reviews, use Copy link or download the QR code for receipts, messages or printed cards. The address is luton.one/your-site/review. Your website must be published for customers to open the form.
What does the customer need to enter?
Customers do not need a OneLuton account. They choose 1 to 5 stars and enter their name and review. Location, email and a photo are optional. Names can be up to 100 characters, review text up to 2,000, and locations up to 200.
The email address is kept private and is visible to the business owner in the review queue. The name, rating, review and location are intended for public display after approval. There is no separate private-note field on this form.
Why will a photo not upload?
- Use a JPEG, PNG or WebP image no larger than 5 MB.
- If your phone provides HEIC, export or convert it to JPEG first. Renaming the extension is not enough.
- Try a smaller image and check your internet connection.
- If the upload still fails, remove the photo and submit the text review without it.
Photos can be viewed with submissions in your Dashboard. They are not currently displayed in the website's Reviews carousel. Do not upload sensitive documents or images you do not have permission to share.
How does the customer know it worked?
The form shows Review submitted after a successful submission, with a thank-you message and a button back to the business's OneLuton website. If an error appears, follow it before trying again. Avoid resubmitting once the success message is shown.
