How do I add a Video section?
Set a video link, edit the section and troubleshoot playback on your published site.
Add a video link
Choose Add section → Video in the builder. Enter the Section heading and paste the video's address into Video link. YouTube and Vimeo links are supported; a direct playable video-file URL can also be used. A page address containing a video is not necessarily a playable file URL.
Edit the paragraph, alignment and colour, then save and check the published page. The section is for displaying video, not trimming or editing the video file itself.
Why is the video blank or not playing?
Check the link opens, the section is visible and the video permits public playback or embedding. A direct file must be accessible to visitors without signing in and in a format their browser supports. Try the live website outside the builder preview.
Embedded services may have their own privacy or consent requirements. If playback still fails, with the website address and the video link.
