Why can I not find or check my Google business listing?

Choose a business before running a check

Open the Google Business Profile checker. Type at least three characters, add a town, postcode or ZIP code if needed, and click the correct business in the suggestions. Typing a name without selecting a result does not enable the check. Alternatively, paste a supported Google Maps business link.

The search works worldwide. A town or postcode helps narrow the search but is not itself a business listing. If nothing appears, use the business's name and location or copy its link from Google Maps. Check that the returned name and address match before using the result.

What does the score mean?

It is OneLuton's assessment of available public listing data, not an official Google score, proof of a ranking penalty or a direct comparison with your competitors. The ten signals cover star rating, review count, recent reviews, main category, website link, opening hours, phone, photos, description, and address and status.

A higher score does not guarantee a higher search position. OneLuton does not edit your Google listing or require access to manage it.

How do I keep or share the results?

Choose Download PDF report after a check. It includes the score, all ten signals and prioritised fixes. Keep the downloaded report: the checker does not provide account-synced report history. If Google Maps appears blocked inside a preview, try opening the link from the published site in a normal browser tab.
