Why will my QR code not scan or open the right thing?

Choose QR content, add an optional logo, download PNG or SVG and test colours and printed codes.

Check what the code should open

In the QR code generator, choose Website or link, WhatsApp, Phone call, Wi-Fi or Plain text. Check the destination carefully, including phone country codes and Wi-Fi spelling. A generated code does not confirm that its destination is valid.

Can I put a logo in the middle?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG under 5 MB using Logo in the middle. Use a simple square logo and scan-test the finished code. If scanning becomes unreliable, remove the logo and test again.

How do I make it easier to scan?

  • Use a dark code on a light background and heed the low-contrast warning.
  • Keep the clear border around the code; do not crop it away.
  • Print it large and sharp enough for the intended viewing distance.
  • Try more than one phone and scan the actual printed version before distributing it.

Download PNG for everyday image use or SVG for scalable artwork. The destination is encoded in the file: changing it in the generator later does not update codes already downloaded or printed. Generate and replace them when the destination changes. The tool does not provide account-synced QR history or scan analytics.

A Wi-Fi QR code contains the credentials you enter. Only share it with people you want to give network access to, and avoid putting private information into a publicly displayed code.
