How do I share my site?
Share the published address and troubleshoot missing or outdated social previews.
Share the live website, not the builder
Publish your website, then share its address in the form https://luton.one/your-site. Open it in a normal browser to check it works before sending it to customers. Do not share your builder or dashboard address: those pages require your account.
Why is the image or description wrong when I share it?
Open Site Settings → Search optimization (SEO) to check your page title, meta description and share image, then save and publish the changes. Social platforms may retain an older preview even when the live page has updated. Allow time for their cache to refresh; the preview chosen by each platform is outside OneLuton's control.
What if I change my website address?
Update links in messages, profiles, printed QR codes and digital card links to use your new address. Check the current published page rather than relying on an old bookmark. If your current address does not open, with the link.
