Why can I not download my invoice or quote PDF?

Complete required fields, add a business logo and troubleshoot mobile downloads and special characters.

Check the required details

Enter your business name, customer name and at least one priced item with a subtotal above zero. If VAT is enabled, enter your VAT number. The download button explains missing details. Also check addresses, item descriptions, dates, notes and invoice bank details yourself: passing the tool's checks does not guarantee the document meets your legal or accounting needs.

How do I add my logo?

Use the logo upload in the generator. It accepts PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG under 5 MB. A simple, clear logo works best. The tool resizes it for the PDF. If the upload fails, try exporting a smaller PNG or JPG rather than only renaming the file. Signed-in profile saving can store the logo in your account; it is not always device-only.

Where did the PDF go on my phone?

Choose Download PDF invoice or Download PDF quote and check your browser's downloads or Files app. Your phone may open a preview first; use its save or share controls. Long documents can span several A4 pages. Generating a PDF does not email it to the customer or mark an invoice as paid.

Why are some characters missing?

Many accented characters are supported through an additional font, but emoji and some scripts, including Arabic and Chinese, Japanese or Korean text, have limitations. Check the downloaded PDF before sending it. Remove unsupported symbols if necessary and contact us if names or essential wording cannot be represented correctly.

If downloading fails, keep the page open, check your connection and try again. If account saving fails after a download, keep the PDF and read the status message rather than assuming the document is in history.
